Regency Custom Homes would like to thank everyone who joined us in celebrating 30 years of building in the Golden Isles! Our “Autumn’s Wood Spring Fling” was a great success! Thursday evening’s after hours party consisted of specialty hor’dourves served in various homes in hopes of encouraging guests to wonder about the properties. With sponsorships from Norandex, H&H Lifestyles, Choo Choo Build-It Mart, and Brunswick Floors, each of our homes showcased the products we use during construction. More than 150 people joined in congratulating owners Wayne and Jody Neal on such an impressive history of building.
While such a big anniversary is certainly something to boast about, Regency also spent the weekend introducing the community to Autumn’s Wood, the newest of our subdivisions. Saturday was Family Day, with pony rides, bounce houses, face painting, cotton candy and snow cones for the kids, and Sunday was more relaxed with anticipation of the folks that are out and about for their weekly “Sunday drive.” Several groups of people joined us, many surprised at the unique, cozy feel that Autumn’s Wood is known for. Our Craftsman-style homes seem to impress men and women alike, and there seems to be something very attractive about our front porches with swings and our winding sidewalks…something that takes you back to a simpler time in life.

Regency Custom Homes Celebrates Grand Opening of Autumn’s Wood Subdivision
Brunswick, GA – Regency Custom Homes, Inc. announces the grand opening of its two newest subdivisions, Autumn’s Wood and Tanglewood, both located one mile west of Coastal Pines Golf Club on Highway 99.
The public is invited to attend a weekend-long celebration introducing the neighborhoods April 11-13. Grand opening festivities will be held in Autumn’s Wood, beginning Friday afternoon with pizza and door prizes. Family Day will be held on Saturday from 10a.m.-6p.m. and will include lemonade stands, pony rides, bounce houses, face painting and scavenger hunts for children who attend, and everyone is welcome to enjoy hamburgers and hotdogs, popcorn, snow cones and cotton candy. Door prizes will be drawn all weekend and include a 32” flat screen television, a $500 credit for Brunswick Floors, and several dinner gift certificates from area restaurants.
The homes in Autumn’s Wood and Tanglewood will be open for adults to explore throughout weekend, and mortgage lenders will be available for consultation.
