As you come through the gates at Lexington Place, you will notice that this is a community with much attention paid to detail and enjoyment of life. From the fountains that greet you, to the pool and cabana area for relaxation, with a tennis court for recreation, and the on-site RV and boat storage for security and convenience, Lexington Place has it all. Developed by Regency, developed for you. A Regency home in Lexington Place has it all, too. Granite countertops finish the all-wood custom maple cabinetry with a touch second-to-none. Addtionally, we feature undercounter lighting in the kitchen, toe lighting in the baths, tumbled stone backsplashes, tiled showers, elevated, trayed, or vaulted ceilings in the formal areas, and nine-foot ceilings in the remainder. Most plans feature eight-foot doorways off of the main living areas. Some plans even include our frameless window, a touch that brings the outdoors in. To complete the interior, our corners are rounded, creating a softer, warmer feel to the home.
Out of sight does not mean out of mind to Regency. We run smart wiring throughout the home which includes Cat5 phone wiring and coaxial cable paired together that returns to one central location within the home for easy access. Also, in addition to R-13 batted insulation in the walls and R-30 blown insulation in the ceilings above the living space, we insulate over the garages and porches to make southern living a touch more enjoyable.
When completing a new home, some do not include landscaping that matches the beauty and luxury of the home. Your home built by Regency in Lexington Place will not be one of those. A fully-sodded yard with irrigation only begins to finish our homes. We also include plants and shrubbery on all four sides, with the front being lavishly equipped.
The exterior of the home also features a picture-framed concrete driveway, windows with stucco bands and sills on all sides of the home, tiled front porches, and screened rear porches (per plan).
