Remember the days of front porch swings and lemonade stands….when neighborhoods actually felt neighborly. Well, those days have returned in a place called Autumn’s Wood.
Cozy craftsman style homes with unique finishing details in the trim work, cabinetry, windows and doors. Autumn’s Wood is a true southern neighborhood where sidewalks and front porches encourage you to gather with friends and family; to watch the children play in their yards and the adults piddle in their gardens.
With floor plans to meet everyone’s need, and prices to meet everyone’s budget, Autumn’s Wood is a true treasure in the Golden Isles. Located just minutes from a major highway, and close to FLETC, schools, shopping and beaches, you are sure to want to find your way home to Autumn’s Wood.
Each of Autumn’s Woods floor plans feature spacious kitchens with an entertaining atmosphere, where the flow from one room to the other is seamless. Formal dining areas and open, airy family rooms make the homes welcoming and perfect for family and friends to gather. Crown molding can be found in the main living areas, as well as the master suite.
Hosting double vanities and tiled showers with separate jetted tubs, the master bathrooms in Autumn’s Wood offer luxury without a heavy price tag.
Regency Custom Homes is the proud builder, boasting 30 years of custom home design. Using products such as hardy plank siding, a cement fiber mix, and meritec, each of Autumn’s Woods homes are guaranteed to be worry-free from the humidity of the Southeast Georgia climate.
Hidden Value in Autumn’s Wood
Welcome to a place set back in time a bit. Autumn’s Wood located off of Georgia Highway 99 in Brunswick, is a craftsman-style community that mimics the style of architecture common in the 1940s. Its homes by Regency, however, have not lost the advantages of technology and energy-efficiency afforded in a new home. Autumn’s Wood seeks to create a neighborly feel, which seems to have been lost in a fast-paced world. A charming double trellis greets you at the entrance of Autumn’s Wood; and sidewalks encourage you to get neighborly.
An Autumn’s Wood home features nine-foot ceilings as a minimum, even if your home has two levels. Try finding that in a track plan. Your kitchen even includes scrolled-edge countertops on all-wood custom maple cabinetry. If your plan includes a sliding patio door, you will notice that its threshold has been recessed into the slab. This serves multiple purposes. First, it was designed to prevent water from entering the home. With a depression in the slab, the water has nowhere to go but back out. Additionally, it provides a smooth transition, eliminating a tripping hazard to you or your guests. The exterior features 25 year architectural shingles, cement fiber board siding, Miratec trims, and Jamb-saver doors (on all exposed exterior wood-frame doors), all part of your “worry-free” exterior. Your fully-sodded yard with ample shrubbery will also be less hassle to maintain with the irrigation system included as standard. Again, keep in mind that all Regency homes offer the 3/11 Builder follow-up program (see Across the Board section for more information).
