The Meadows is a Regency community located off of Georgia Highway 40, just west of downtown Kingsland. Very similar in style and pricepoint to its sister community, Tanglewood, The Meadows offers a very low cost per square foot without sacrificing quality. A Regency home in the Meadows begins with a “worry-free” exterior (see Across the Board section for more detail), as all Regency homes do, and also includes such features as vaulted ceilings (single-story floorplans) and brushed nickel door hardware and plumbing. Our lighting packages are brushed nickel to match and will be a quality you do not notice in comparably-priced homes in the area. Similar to Tanglewood, The Meadows offers beveled-edge countertops on all-wood custom maple cabinetry. Energy efficiency is not forgotten here either, as all Meadows homes meet the standards of the former “Georgia Power Good Cents” program. Don’t forget, the 3/11 Builder follow-up program is included in all Regency homes.
